groupone --- The problem this article discusses has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with exchange server --- It's about PHONE CALLS dropping due to bad reception and GENERAL slow data connections due to the same.

I have an overdraft line of credit, and while I do get socked with an annual $20.00 charge, and a 9% monthly interest rate on any balance carried forward at the end of the month (better rates than any credit card), I don't get hit with additional Overdraft fees if I use it.

Most illegals do pay taxes, the taxes are just being accumulated under someone else's SSN. However they do send a good portion of their income back to their country of origin.

That's an excellent point. Every time the US has threatened to crack down on illegal immigration from Mexico, Mexico's government has thrown a hissy fit. Why? Because a good portion of Mexico's income comes from Illegal's in the US sending American dollars back to friends and family in Mexico.

Food for Fuel is not the answer. Ethanol from "waste" isn't the answer either (waste vegetable matter needs to be composted and mixed back into the soil). The scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz had more brains than this.

BTW, School officials can apply for free/reduced lunch on a child's behalf. The parents don't need to apply. If they can spend the extra time pulling kids out of the lunch line and belittle them, they can spend the time filling out the application.
